Finely feathered leaves when grown as a babyleaf and a great contrast with other green salad leaves. Leaf colour will redden as temperature cools. Light-green stems with red serrated leaves. A crisp texture with strong flavour intensity and tastes of mustard and brassicas. Highly peppery and pungent. Moderate-fast growing.
