Mustard Coloured Frills

A mustard blend where the different leaf shapes, textures and colours make for an attractive ingredient in salads and other dishes. The leaf colour of the red mustard components will become more vibrant as the temperature cools. Careful harvesting will be rewarded with a second cut. Mid-green stems with purple, elongated/oval, serrated leaves and a green underside. A crisp texture with a mild flavour intensity and tastes of mustard and brassicas. Moderate-fast growing.
