Mizuna

A standard component of bagged salad mixes that is easy to grow, lasts well once harvested and is a tasty Asian green. Light-green stems with mid-green, serrated leaves. A crisp texture with a moderate flavour intensity and tastes of mustard and brassicas. Moderate pungency, pepper note. Fast growing.
