A variety to add colour to your plate with purple-red stems with green to burgundy leaves.  As a microgreen it offers a tender crisp texture with a mild sweet kale flavour and when grown to baby leaf, the leaves develop fuller colour with a more pronounced brassica taste.

Excellent for salads, garnishes, wraps and juicing.
