Kale Blend

A blend of numerous kale types including Red Russian, Cavolo Nero and others to provide an array of leaf shapes, textures and colours to add interest to salad mixes. Light-green/pink stems with mid-green/purple, leaves of mixed shapes. A crisp texture with mild flavour intensity and tastes of kale and brassicas. Moderate-fast growing.
