Organic Stir Fry

A crunchy and nutty tasting blend of legumes that include chickpea, mung bean, adzuki bean and lentils. Easily digested and highly nutritious, with a good protein content for satiety. A good source of Vitamins B1 and B2, Iron, Potassium, Folic Acid and Protein. High in soluble fibre which can reduce the absorption of cholesterol and may aid in blood pressure management and regulate blood sugars. For best eating and digestibility, harvest when the shoot is the same size as the seed.
