Orach Red

Add depth of colour to your salad creations and garnishes with this attractive and tasty Orach. Harvest as a microgreen or grow on to harvest young leaves for salads. Pink stems with pink/green, oval/slightly pointed leaves. A crunchy texture with a mild flavour intensity and herbaceous tasting. 

If left to mature and go to seed, orach makes an attractive addition to floral arrangements, fresh or dried.
